VuLead is the mail relay behind every contact form BizPinPro builds. A real message lands in your inbox with the customer as the reply address. A spam pitch is stopped before it gets there. Both are logged, so you can always see what was delivered and what was kept out.
One path from the form
to your inbox.
The form on your site never talks to a mail server. It hands the message to VuLead, server to server, and VuLead sends it. That is what lets one fix, one block or one improvement reach every site at the same time.
Reply Goes to the Customer
The delivered email sets the customer's own address as the reply address. You hit reply in your mail app and the answer goes straight to the person who filled in the form, not to a server.
Delivered Means Delivered
VuLead reports back only when it has sent a message. Upveyor's Delivered count on your traffic report counts those, and only those, so a bot pressing the button never inflates your numbers.
Nothing Vanishes
A submission the form rejected, or one the relay could not confirm, is written to a log on your own site with what the visitor entered. A lead that hit a snag can still be followed up.
Readable in Any Mail App
Messages arrive as plain text, one Label: value line per field, with no padded columns or ruled lines that only line up in a fixed-width font. Phone, desktop or webmail, it reads the same.
Your Site's Own Notices Too
Invitations, password resets and other notices a site sends to its own users can go through the same relay, with the spam review turned off for that sender and every other protection still on.

Your site runs the cheap checks first, so the dumbest bots never cost a round trip. VuLead then runs its own layers on every message, from every site, no matter what the form sent. A message has to clear all of them to reach you.
Form checks on your site
A hidden field a person never sees, a minimum fill time, a check that the page's script ran, and a per-visitor limit. Each failure gets a silent success, so a bot learns nothing.
Known abusive connections
A connection with a history of abuse across BizPinPro sites is turned away before anything else runs.

VuLead checks the trap field itself, as a backup, in case a site's own check was bypassed.
Header cleaning
Every value that lands in an email header is scrubbed of line breaks, so a message can never be used to forge headers or add recipients.
Known bad senders
Addresses and phone numbers on the block list are matched against the sender and against the message text, including addresses written out as "name (at) domain (dot) com" to dodge filters.
Throwaway and blocked domains
Disposable-email providers are blocked as a category, and a whole company domain can be blocked when a sender keeps rotating addresses.
Trying again right away
A sender who was just blocked and resubmits from the same connection, with the identifying fields left blank, is caught for a day. Your own site is never affected by this rule.
Rate limits, per site and per connection
One form cannot be hammered, and one connection cannot hammer many sites. Repeat offenders earn a temporary block.
AI review of the message
Claude reads the message text and holds back marketing pitches, link-building offers and bot-written filler, while staying lenient on short or urgent notes from real customers. It judges only the message, never the sender's name or domain. If the AI is unreachable, the message is delivered, so an outage never costs a lead.
Disclosure footer
Every delivered message ends with a plain-text note identifying it as a relayed form submission and naming the address to forward it to if it turns out to be spam.

A spammer who works through small-business websites sends the same pitch to many of them. Because every BizPinPro site sends through the same relay, VuLead can see that pattern where a single site never could.
Matched on Who They Are
Senders rotate email addresses and connections. VuLead also matches on the phone number in the message, which is the one thing a sender who wants a call back cannot change.
One Block, Every Site
When a sender is blocked, the block applies across the whole BizPinPro portfolio. Your site is protected by what was learned on a site you have never heard of.
One Warning, Then Reviewed
A sender blocked across sites gets a single reply saying that repeat activity is reviewed for reporting to spam monitors. Most do not come back.

Your client portal lists the form messages that were delivered to you, with dates. Messages held as spam are hidden by default and can be shown when you want to look.

Your Upveyor traffic report shows Submit Attempts and Delivered as two numbers. When they differ, something between the button and your inbox is worth a look, and now you can see it.

Delivered messages carry into the monthly Digital Pulse report BizPinPro sends every hosted client, alongside visits, calls and the other ways people reached out from the site.
